Live Wedding Paintings

A live wedding painting is a beautiful blend of fine art and real-time entertainment. As your wedding unfolds, I create an original, hand-painted artwork that captures the emotion, atmosphere, and magic of your day.

Live wedding paintings are quickly growing in popularity in Ireland and abroad. Having a live wedding painting is a way to make your special day even more unforgettable and unique. The process of creating your live wedding painting acts as a fun conversation starter for guest and hanging your finished painting in your home also serves as a beautiful reminder of the day shared by your loved ones.

How does it work?

1. Booking & Consultation

If you are interested in booking a live wedding for you or for someone else, send me an email or message me through social media.

We can the arrange a brief phone consultation to discuss our vision. During this time, we discuss the logistics of the day, the particular moment you would like painting, whether this is your first dance, walking down the aisle, the ceremony or reception. Any special requests for your painting such as colour, style, adding in people, (or even pets!) can also be discussed!

You will pay a deposit of €50 to secure your date.

2. Arriving & Setting Up

On the wedding day, I arrive a few hours before your guests to set up. I then begin planning the painting so that when your guests arrive, the painting is beginning to take shape.

3. Taking References

During the day, I will take some reference photos to paint from. These can be posed or candid, depending on your preference. This will be discussed and planned during our consultation so you can relax during your day. You are free to go and enjoy your day!

5. Painting!

During the wedding, I will be painting while the celebration unfolds! Guests are welcome to watch and interact. Guests may also get involved in some of the painting process if they wish! The painting process is relaxed and provides a unique element of entertainment to your wedding.

6. Studio Finishing Touches

After the wedding, I take the painting back to my studio to refine details and add any finishing touches.
Your artwork is then varnished and packaged and will then be delivered to your home.

In addition to live wedding painting, I offer personalised wedding entry signs. Wedding entry signs can also be commissioned as a unique wedding gift!

Wedding signs can be designed to reflect the theme and colours of your wedding. These are some examples of a wedding sign commissioned as a gift from the mother of the groom and was requested to reflect the brides bouquet.

Wedding entry signs also provide a perfect and unique photo opportunity for guests!
